Maximum weight of one piece shall not exceed 50lbs (23kg)  and for infants 50 lbs (23 kg).

Call us for reservations. In most cases full payment is required within three days to secure your booking.  

Payments and ticketing must be made within 3 days of reservation.  Cancellation fee and changes depend on class of booking and start at $200.00 inbound and outbound

We accept  VISA, MASTER CARD and AMEX. 

Valid passport is needed to enter Poland. Passengers traveling on other than Canadian passports need proper documents to re-enter Canada.

Children under 2 years of age do not occupy a seat. One infant must be accompanied by at least one adult to be eligible for special infant rate.

Children under 12 years of age may travel only with the assist of a person at least 16 ears old or as UM (unaccompanied minor 6-11 years of age). If not booked properly the children may have their boarding denied.

Traveling children are entitled to the same seating privileges and baggage allowance as adults.

Senior fare applies to those who are 60 or older.

Flight times are subject to changes with or without notice. Passengers should check departure time with the airline 3 days prior to departure.

Purchasing of Air Fare Cancellation Insurance will protect passenger's money in case of canceling due to medical reason. This insurance excludes any pre-existing sickness. Pekao must receive the money for Trip Cancellation Insurance with initial deposit to be valid.

Airlines and Operator's responsibility are imprinted in every ticket under "Conditions of Contract" and "Operator's Responsibility". Please read it.

Any changes in reservation (if permitted) are subject to administrative cost.

In most cases cancellation fee or changes depend on the class of booking and starts at $ 150.00 per person. The difference to the higher class may also be collected.
