In Toronto all flights arrive and depart from Terminal 1.

In Warsaw all flights arrive and depart from Okecie Airport. While in Poland passengers should reconfirm flight time within 3 days prior to return to Canada.  

Boeing 767-200 or 767-300

Check-in opens 3 hrs prior to departure and closes 30 minutes before boarding. Late arrivals may be denied boarding. 

Only one piece of carryon baggage, weighting no more than 5 kgs and not larger than 115cm (sum of three dimension) will be allowed in the cabin.

Adult and children: 2 pieces of checked baggage. Maximum weight of each piece shall not exceed 23 kgs (50 lbs) and 158 cm (62inches)
Infants: one piece of checked baggage not weighting more than 10 kgs (22 lbs), (max 158 cm all 3 dimension) plus one light stroller.

Must be between the ages of 5 and 12. Travel must be pre-arranged. Parents/Guardians must remain at the airport until the flight has departed.

Person with disabilities or ill must prearrange their flight.

Valid passport is required to enter Poland. Those who travel on other than Canadian passport need proper documents to re-enter Canada. Consult your Travel Agents.

If permitted any changes must be done at the nearest LOT Office or at Travelbank in Warsaw. Addresses are inside the ticket.
